Which snow clearing plan fits your morning?

Mondoux Property Services offers two seasonal driveway snow blowing plans. Both use automatic dispatch when snowfall reaches 5 cm or more, and neither carries per-storm fees. The difference is the scheduled timing and number of passes.

Standard: one scheduled pass after 7 a.m.

Standard is the straightforward option when a scheduled snow blowing after 7 a.m. suits your routine. It includes one scheduled pass, with dispatch triggered automatically at 5 cm or more.

Premium: an early pass and a second visit

Premium includes a first scheduled snow blowing before 7 a.m., followed by a second pass after 7 a.m. If you leave early, ask Nick about Premium availability for your driveway and confirm the service details before booking.

How does automatic snow removal work?

Once your seasonal service is arranged, you do not need to call in after every snowfall. At 5 cm or more, automatic dispatch kicks in and clearing follows your selected plan. The season begins November 1.

The before- and after-7 a.m. times describe the advertised service schedules. Discuss your property’s access requirements and any questions about snowfall timing with Nick when arranging service. Confirm the full seasonal terms, including the end date, directly with him.

Driveway snow blowing in Cornwall, Long Sault and South Glengarry

Mondoux offers seasonal residential driveway snow clearing in these Ontario service areas. Availability is confirmed for each property address, so being in a listed community does not automatically reserve you a place on a route.

  • Cornwall: send your street address when requesting residential driveway snow removal and ask which schedule is available for your property.
  • Long Sault: include your full address and any driveway access details so Nick can check the snow blowing route.
  • South Glengarry: include your community and postal code along with the property address to help identify your location and check coverage.

Call 613-770-0365 to confirm whether your driveway can be added. The services described here are driveway snow blowing; ask Nick directly about any additional work your property needs.

What does seasonal snow removal cost?

Contact Nick for a quote for your driveway and preferred plan. A single published price would not tell you what your particular booking will cost. Both advertised plans are seasonal services with no per-storm fees; confirm your total price and full terms with Nick before agreeing to service.

Route space is limited and spots are filling fast. Calling now lets you check current availability before making winter plans. An email quote request is an enquiry, and your spot is reserved only once Nick confirms your booking.

What should you include in a quote request?

  • Your name and a phone number where Nick can reach you.
  • Your complete property address, community and postal code.
  • Your preferred plan: Standard, Premium, or help choosing.
  • Approximate driveway size and relevant access details.
  • Any questions about service timing or your seasonal agreement.

You can prepare an email quote request on the website or email nickmondoux@icloud.com directly. The website form opens your email app with the information filled in; you still need to send the message.

How to prepare for seasonal driveway snow clearing

Before winter, discuss your driveway layout with Nick, including its edges, obstacles, gates, parked vehicles and where snow can be placed. Ask how to keep the route accessible during a storm and what to do if conditions change.

When comparing plans, consider when you need to leave home: Standard has one scheduled pass after 7 a.m.; Premium has a first scheduled pass before 7 a.m. and a second after 7 a.m. Ask about the full seasonal agreement, snowfall timing and any services beyond the driveway before booking.
